Since our inception in 1987 we have focused on providing academic hospitality senior living government and office industrial verticals with innovative and reliable specialty appliances for their small space living environments. Our units are time tested and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. Microwaves are not permitted in the residence halls besides the microfridge unit which is energy efficient.

Microfridge units make for a convenient compromise. Microwaves though provided in the residence halls in common spaces are not allowed in individual rooms. Using less energy and less space they fit under the lofts and combine a freezer not a cooling shelf. Clemson university has participated in the microfridge with safe plug direct rental program for the past 11 years.

Please note that microfridge rental fees are subject to an 8 ny state tax charge. Microfridge rentals are not available to south campus apartments.
